JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Compare, differentiate and communicate product features based on customer needs and requirements.
  2. Develop sales literature, sales proposals and purchase agreements.
  3. Coordinate delivery of marketing materials to Sales Manager.
  4. Coordinate and support tradeshows and events.
  5. Coordinate and support aircraft sales training includes coordinating these training efforts with Bell Training Academy.
  6. Coordinate Demo Flights across Asia.
  7. Forecast annual sales goals.
  8. Ensure that SalesForce.com is current for assigned region.
  9. Require travel throughout the Asia Pacific region.
  10. Potential growth into international role supporting region.


QUALIFICATIONS


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  2. In lieu of degree, 6 years of closely related experience in aviation/aerospace industry may be considered. (Rotorcraft experience preferred)
  3. At least 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing capacity with 2 years being in the aviation/aerospace industry. (Rotorcraft experience preferred)
  4. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Spoken and written fluency in an Asian language is strong preferred. (Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Tagalog)
  5. Prior experience in supporting trade shows and events are preferred.
  6. Exposure to support aircraft sales training and coordinating training efforts.
  7. Previous Asia-based education or work experience is strongly preferred.
  8. Excellent relationship building skills.
  9. Knowledge of aviation and in particular, Helicopter operations is required.
  10. Demonstrated organisation skills, written/oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  11. Ability to grasp concepts and skills along with potential to assume more responsible role.
  12. Holding a PPL (Private Pilot License) is preferred.
  13. Experience in tradeshows and events are preferred.
